Psychotherapy & Counselling

A Safe Space to Explore, Heal, and Grow

Life can be challenging, and at times, we all need support. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with relationships, or carrying past experiences that continue to affect your present. Perhaps you feel stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and emotions, make sense of your experiences, and develop new ways of coping.

I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, offering therapy that is inclusive, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes people of all gender identities, sexualities, and relationship structures.

I offer therapy exclusively online, allowing me to support clients across London and beyond.

Your Initial Consultation

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. That’s why I offer an initial 15 minute consultation where we can discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. This session is a chance for you to ask any questions and get a sense of how we might work together.

There is no commitment beyond this first meeting—just an opportunity to explore whether therapy feels right for you.

How I Work

I believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models based on your specific needs. These include Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores how past experiences shape your present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns; and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful approach for processing trauma. I also incorporate Person-Centred Therapy, ensuring that each session is led by your needs, at your pace, in a space that feels safe and supportive.

At the heart of my practice is connection and trust. I believe in creating strong therapeutic relationships, where you feel safe to be open and explore your challenges without fear of judgement. Therapy is not about being ‘fixed’—it’s about being supported as you make meaningful changes in your life.

Issues I Can help With?

People seek therapy for many different reasons, and whatever you are going through, you don’t have to face it alone. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, or persistent negative thoughts that affect your confidence and self-esteem

Perhaps you are carrying trauma from past experiences, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling with overwhelming emotions. Life transitions, relationship difficulties, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others can also bring up feelings of stress, frustration, or uncertainty

Grief, loss, work-related pressures, addiction, compulsive behaviours, and identity exploration are also common reasons why people seek support. Whether you are dealing with something specific or a general sense of unease, therapy can help you gain clarity, understand yourself better, and develop healthier ways of coping.

Expat Therapy – Support for Life Abroad

Moving to a new country can be an exciting adventure, but it can also bring unexpected emotional and psychological challenges. Many expats struggle with assimilation, homesickness, isolation, and identity shifts as they navigate life in an unfamiliar environment. Being away from family, friends, and a familiar culture can make life’s difficulties feel even more overwhelming, especially when faced with work pressures, relationship challenges, or cultural differences.

As a child from an expat family and having spent many years overseas in my adult life, I deeply understand and relate to the unique challenges of expat life. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop strategies to adjust and thrive. I have worked extensively with expats and their families across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe, helping individuals regain a sense of stability and belonging.

Common Issues That Expats Seek Therapy For:
  • Assimilation and adjusting to a new culture
  • Homesickness and feelings of isolation
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Burnout and executive stress
  • Trauma and past experiences affecting well-being
  • Depression and persistent low mood
  • Addictions and self-harm
  • Anxiety and feelings of overwhelm
  • Bereavement and grief while living abroad
  • Loss of direction and uncertainty about the future
  • Low self-esteem and self-worth challenges
  • Spirituality and personal growth in a new environment
  • Work-related stress and career transitions
  • Obsessive thoughts and overthinking
  • The impact of ill health and navigating healthcare systems abroad

While working and living in a new environment can be enriching, it can also bring cultural and emotional challenges that affect both you and your family. Having a therapist who truly understands these complexities can help you feel more supported, grounded, and equipped to manage these transitions.

An Inclusive Therapy Space

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. My practice is welcoming of all individuals and couples, regardless of background, sexuality, gender identity, or relationship style. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where you feel safe to express yourself freely.

If you are ready to take the first step, I am here to support you.
