Counselling Process

Most of my sessions are face-to-face meetings between myself and the clients held at my Central London counselling rooms. If you are unable to attend our sessions in Marylebone, I can offer my counselling services via Zoom. Each session, face-to-face or on Zoom, is limited to 50 minutes.

Consultation Hours

My practice is open from Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 3pm. I do sometimes offer sessions outside these hours.

Convenient London Location

My consultation rooms are conveniently located at Samedaydoctor in Queen Anne Street and Hanover Square, Central London. My rooms are a short 5 minutes away from the Bond Street and Oxford Circus Tube Stations. Nearby parking is also available.

I am also seeing people ONLINE VIA ZOOM ONLY at the moment.

Research has shown that online therapy produces similar outcomes to face to face therapy and patients seem very satisfied with online therapy.
