Sex and Relationship Therapy

Supporting You in a Safe, Confidential Space

Sexuality and relationships are deeply personal, and when challenges arise, they can feel isolating and overwhelming. Whether you’re experiencing difficulties with intimacy, struggling with communication in your relationship, or trying to make sense of your sexual identity, therapy provides a safe and non-judgemental space to explore these issues.

I work with individuals and couples, offering support for a wide range of concerns, including sexual function, desire, compulsive sexual behaviours, and relational difficulties. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, and I welcome people of all gender identities, sexualities, and relationship structures. I provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood – without judgement or expectation.

How I Work

Sex and relationship therapy is about understanding, exploring, and working through difficulties, whether they relate to intimacy, connection, or underlying personal challenges. I use an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic models to suit each client’s needs. These include:

Psychosexual Therapy

Addressing issues around sexual function, desire, and emotional connection.

Relationship Therapy

Helping couples and individuals navigate relational difficulties, improve communication, and strengthen emotional bonds.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Exploring thought patterns that may be contributing to distress and finding healthier ways to cope.

Attachment-Based Therapy

Understanding how early experiences shape relationship patterns and working towards healthier connections.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

Supporting those whose past experiences or traumas are impacting their relationships or sexual well-being.

I understand that talking about sex and relationships can feel difficult, but these issues are a natural part of life. Whether you’re struggling with a long-standing concern or something more recent, therapy can help you work towards a healthier, more fulfilling intimate and emotional life
